Bob Bayn

From North Logan UT

Commutes 2.3 Miles Oneway for 29 years and months
Five Days a week, I use my bike to travel to and from work Year Round

Level route on residential streets and minor collectors.

I bike for transportation, recreation and exercise but not for speed or competition. I ride a Trek hybrid when the weather is bad and a Lightning P-38 recumbent when it's dry. I am an League Cycling Instructor for LAB, a member of the Cache MPO Ped/Bike Advisory Committee and the safety officer for the Cache Veloists Cycle Touring Club.

I've seen deer, moose, bald eagles and a coyote on my ride to work. And two National Forest Wilderness Areas are always within view. Not bad for urban commuting.

I have a jumbled collection of bike stuff on the web at: http://cc.usu.edu/~bob/bike/
