Our local rail trail is only a block from my house, so I usually either walk or ride the trail which is only a 5 minute walk from work. |

Just rediscovered cycling only a year ago. Just turned 50 Feb 26/02. Try to ride as much as possible - gotta get over that winter time cold air though. ;-) |

My only regret is that I wish I had rediscovered cycling 20 years ago, instead of only last year. I'm just realizing what I've been missing all these years. |
