I live five miles from Clayton, Mo., the county seat of St. Louis County. It is reachable by non-major arterial roads which makes for a more relaxed commute through tree shaded streets in residential neighborhoods. I only have abour five blocks to ride in the business district |

57 year old attorney who returned to biking six years ago. Each year I try to increase mileage. Last year I rode 3200 miles. This year's goal is 4000. I ride recumbent bikes due to lower back problems. Weekend rides are generally between 40 - 60 miles. Also share a recumbent tandem with my wife (stoker). |
