My main commute route combines medium to high traffic roads with bike lanes, and low to medium traffic roads without bike lanes. The profile is rolling hills; generally, it's sort of downhill getting to work, and mostly uphill coming home from work. I can expand my main route to include about 10 more miles each way if I need more miles to prepare for an organized ride on the weekend. |
